Sandeep Chauhan got my details from assureshift and visited my place and after survey he gave me quotation of Rs. 23800 to transfer my things. It was decided to transfer it on 11-June-2020 and i paid Rs. 1000 as advance. On 11-June morning i called him to know when will they come, he said their truck is struck in Delhi, hence they will start packing at 11am. At 11am he called me and said that Delhi is not allowing the Trucks to enter which i confirmed from others was not true and he said they will pack and move it tomorrow. In the evening when i called him to confirm he asked for more money which i denied then he agreed for old price. Next day he said he will transfer my 3-BHK things in a Mahindra-Pickup(a very small truck) - how is that possible??? and he sent 2 labourers to pack all my things who ran away when they saw my things they have to pack. They have not even returned my booking amount of Rs. 1000. They look for trucks returning back from a city on cheap prices and move logistics in them which is highly unreliable. Sandeep Chauhan is having no busineess ethics and is a fake person he will change the plans everytime without even discussing it with you and try to negotiate even at the last momennt. This is the first time I was relocating and I unfortunately finalized Adani Packers and Movers. The names is too big but the service is completely opposite to that. They (Sandeep Chouhan) took a token from me a week ago and when the time of service came he cancelled it saying that his driver had accident (don't know if that is true). Then he didn't pick my phone for two straight hours and then he finally denied for shifting and then he stopped picking my phone. After few days of continuous calling he told me he will not give my token back saying that the driver got injured because he was coming for my work. I received my token after contacting Assureshift (thanks to them). All I would say, please never go for this vendor even if someone is asking for more money go for it. It was a really horrible experience for me and I don't want anyone who is reading this to face this.

Very good service provided by Adani Packers & Movers. I think this is the most faithful packers and movers in the NCR. Thanks a lot for your timely relocated my home. Thank you once again. Keep it up.
