Everything was packed exceptionally well, and not a single item, including my 60-inch TV which I was most concerned about, sustained even a scratch. The team was professional and very helpful throughout the process. It was clear that customer satisfaction was their top priority, and they managed everything beautifully.

Horrible experience. Highly unprofessional. I got their reference from AssureShift and availed their services to transfer my luggage from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 30th Aug. First, my luggage pick up was delayed by 4 hrs. They promised the delivery by 4th Sept. I called them multiple times on 4th Sept but they didn’t pick up the call. Finally, they said via whatsapp msg that the delivery is delayed and will be completed by 7th Sept. I made dozens of calls on 6th and 7th Sept. but they didn’t pick up a single time. Got someone else to call them and they immediately picked up the call. Again a fake promise to deliver the luggage on 8th Sept. Later, with AssureShift's assistance, the delivery date communicated was 11th Sept. It’s 11th Sept today and there is no update about the luggage. I have been calling them since morning but no response. Such a pathetic service. Delayed delivery is one thing but avoiding calls when the customer is making dozens of calls is just unacceptable. Stay away from divine cargo. Highly dissatisfied with Pankaj Daneva’s services.
