I had to bring back my luggage (4pcs) from Koparkhairane (Maharashtra) to Barrackpore (West Bengal). The packaging was good and it was delivered on time. I would appreciate if they charge on the basis of weight and not on the basis of no items. I had to pay extra for 2small backpacks. Overall nice experience.
