Fab packers and movers turned out to be the worst experience of my entire life. and believe me no exaggeration here and I am without any prejudice say it as it is, as exactly as the way it unfolded. And how ithis Fab Packers and movers still continuing to ruin my peace, my serenity my sensibilities, my belief in civility and how this all has given me painful impressions and violative cruelty.
Upon Assureshift recommendations I had engaged the services of the aforesaid transporter to shift from one rented house to another just about 12 to 13 kms away and the goods pick up was arranged on the 18th April 2022 at 8:30 am. As scheduled the empty truck without a shred of packing material reached my place and three men got out with empty hands and started lifting my furniture and moving it out the door just like it was. I objected to them doing so, and by way of whattsapp message said this is unprofessional, the goods will be damaged but the Fab guy was very rude, he replied saying he knows his job and I should talk only after the delivery of the goods. Each and every item like fridge, cooker oven table fan and furniture were just lifted and dumped in the truck. Neither my goods were packed nor they were secured in the truck. When my goods were delivered everything was totally destroyed, my brand new stuff now resembled worse than the goods available in junk yard.. Fab guy was not even bothered to come and see the destruction he has caused but told his workers without collecting the transaction charges don't set your foot out of her house. I could hear the conversation clearly as if the speaker was on. I paid 500 rupees of the bill amount . After much ingratiating him to come and check the condition of my goods he came but there was absolutely no remorse, rather so what I don't care, what you can do talk. Later as I was arranging the stuff I started noticing a lot of my things missing and whattsapp messaged so and so and ......things are missing. I didn't realise all the missing things at one, but as I was arranging. Later realised my cash was missing too and messaged him my bank withdrawal message. The Fab guy filed a police complaint against his driver in AECS layout police station and recovered my cash and all the stolen items, but refused to return them to me. After repeated failed requests, when I complained to Assureshift he deliberately trashed my curtains by rubbing grease and black paint on them, you wanted your curtains back now hang them and enjoy them kind of retaliation. Instead of coming forward to make the things right all the Fab guy kept doing was issue me threats but absolutely not a word of sorry escaped his mouth. My brand new fridge was like someone has drunk coke and stomped on the can, and after keeping it in his godown for 45 days he says madam accept the fridge as it is, I tried my best there is nothing can be done I am sorry for the damage. First time one conditional apology comes out of his mouth. He himself should have come up with the replacement, because my fridge was brand new and any man of charector would have. When Assureshift gave him three weeks time to repair the fridge he gets the front two doors changed but still there was a lot of damage on the sides and back of the fridge and says accept the fridge The damage to the fridge was extensive , it was out of function for two months and I was not sure whether the fridge was in working condition, so I requested him fridge is under warranty just get it checked by Panasonic and ask them to certify, but Panasonic people laughed at him and said there is no such a thing as certification and fridge warranty is expired. He issued threats that if I act smart he will come after me, unlike me he is a very influential local with extensive reach contacts and he knows how to deal with me. He whattsapp messaged he will never return the fridge as for him the whole shifting matter is closed. I kept asking for my fridge by texting on WhatsApp, he said he will give me two days time to pay him 25 thousand rupees, his godown and transportation changes otherwise he has the authority to sell my fridge He repeatedly sent the same messages pay or else i
am disposing off your fridgei like someone would send SOS messages. when he was sending his SOS messages ir I was not in station but with my mother who is institutionalised. Some times she is docile, takes her medicine and eats her food given by the nurses. Sometimes she gets agitated and refuses to take her medicine and eat her food and says unless my daughter gives me the medicine I won't take it. I was called by the institution and I was with her, but I was continuously receiving his SOS message pay the money, your deadline expired I am disposing off your fridge. After lunch when she went back to work, she was right at the gate, right in front of her she saw the driver start the truck and drive off with my goods which they had sorted and kept seperate Fab guy himself is a witness to his crime with all his threats and messages which are documented. .
