Hi team all over i will give 3 not because the person who came and give me quotation on first visit but because of rest team who did other services. I understand due to lockdown it can cause performance but while packing also only 2 person came and did alone in thr end 4 to 5 person came just for loading.may i informe you guys if you are shifting whole house stuff definitely you need atlst 4 guys to pack. and later on when my goods came to hyderabad they broke my study table as well microwave which cost me around 2500 rs and due to lockdown i have to gave 2500 rs extra which is labour charge asked me. they said they will return but i did not get it as off now. later i noticed my 2 4 items are missing. I have to contact driver n pune team 4 to 5 times then i received it after 1.5 month and again gues what we have to face new trouble they gave my items to a local person from there team who again did drama for 1000 rs just for 10 to 12 lm distance and waisted out 1 hr of working day. My whole point is if we need to pay around 40 k then definitely i would have been choose any other MNP service like agerwal Gati there are so many who can took money in start only but save your lots of time energy and also goods. Its a humble request to happy cargo kindly appoint good team for packing n unpacking because giving quotation is not complete justice with customer. it causes both the brand name as well customer Definitely i am not going to recommend this again. Hope you guys will improve your service.

I hired Happy Cargo Movers on UC recommendation and it was a nightmare for me. They outsourced the loading packing to Gati and they did a pathetic job. Happy Cargo increased the rate by 25% saying that the prices have increased due to lockdown. I paid the increased amount of 1 lakh for my household goods and car. They were so unprofessional that they started packing at 12pm with 2 labour and 4 others joined them at 9 pm and without packing most if the big items they loaded the truck by 3 am on 2nd June. I received the truck on 7th June many things were broken and someone stole my big bicycle from the truck. It was loaded and part of the list (sl no 106) however it was not there in the truck when it was opened at the destination. No body has any clue what happened. Apart from that my sofa, almirah, swing got damaged because it was not packed at all. Now they say take it from insurance claim. I also sent my vehicle with Happy Cargo Movers from Bangalore to Ghaziabad on 2nd June 2020 and they committed to get it delivered in 2 weeks time. However till date it has not been delivered to me and everyday they are coming up with some excuse like the car is in gurgaon then they told me that the car has been offloaded in Agra and they do not have any driver to bring it to Ghaziabad. I have already made a payment of Rs 15,000 in advance and Rs 3,000 is balance and the cargo person is now asking me to pay 3,000 before the delivery. I doubt that they have done something wrong with my car and trying to do some fraud. Their BLR HSR office representative Ram +919829471758 coordinated everything with me and his owner sits in Pune whose name is Gopal +918484007089 and he is the one who is asking to make the full payment before delivery. I have all the whatsapp messages as proof where they are giving lame excuses and also insisting me to clear the payment before delivery. I have also sent a email complaint to bangalore and pune police (mailto:compolbcp@ksp.gov.in) and received a response saying that they will look into the matter.

One of the worst service provider of Cargo service till date I have seen in my entire life. Pathetic customer service.

1 Did not come on time to pack items 2. No professional packers. They were putting all the stuff anyhow into any random cartons, kitchen stuff was all mixed up. Pickel boxes were not packed proeely. 3. 60% of my furniture was damaged completely 4. Not a single carton received was in good condition. It seemed as if the stuff was placed in between rats. 5. Clothes got damaged with grease and oil

Am really appreciate 3rd moving but 1st time moving without harassment with happy cargo am fully confident 90% customers satisfied with happy cargo because all management are good definitely recommend guys keep it
