Although I was initially unfamiliar with their company, my information was referred to a few transporters, including HomeCare Movers and Logistics, based on my online inquiries. The first response came through a phone call from Mr. Pawan Kaushik, their Pune Head of Operations. Mr. Pawan's discussion was very professional, objective, and focused. Within a few minutes of our conversation, he provided a quote that was better than my estimate. I decided to go ahead with them.

The packers did an amazing job. Everyone involved was highly professional and efficient, making the whole process smooth and satisfactory. I'm really pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and effective packing services.

I would have given them a 4.5-star rating if it were possible, but since it isn't, I'll go with 4 stars. They were extremely helpful, especially Pawan Kaushik, their manager in Pune. His behavior and supervision were top-notch. He personally came to inspect every packing during the loading in Pune and stayed in touch until my goods were delivered in Bhubaneswar. He even followed up after delivery to inquire if everything was satisfactory. Although my consignment was delayed by one day, it is acceptable considering the long-distance relocation.

Extremely bad experience. Non reliable. Non trustworthy. Full container load was booked by me. But during transit they broken the sealed door lock & loaded other goods also. As a evidence I found one material with different consignment no. Which all they denied. . Lots of scratches/damages on wooden & steel furniture. Scooter too.
