I had taken transportation services from Chennai to Mumbai. This company service is very excellent and splendid because good environment with working, company services is very fast and good behavior with customers and reliable price. Customers stratification is first priority of that company thank you, team.

Thanks Leader Packers and Movers..At first I was doubtful of choosing the brand.But the service provided by them was good and timely.They did good packing , pickup and door delivery within two days .Rate is cheaper compared to other service providers..One request is maintain the same going forward..Consistency matters.so you guys keep up the good work

I was searching for a good packers and movers to shift my household things from Chennai to Thanjavur during the lockdown and I had a great experience with Leader Packers and Movers. The team were very professional in packing and moving our goods. I was completely satisfied with the service and the timely delivery of our goods safely.

I had to move my 3BHK belongings from Chennai to Karaikal and used leaders packers and movers. Their service is outstanding and all the staff were very professional. Packaging was of good quality and the truck used was neat. I have no complaints and definitely recommend leaders packers and movers.

My daughter was staying in Chennai. Just before the first lockdown, she came home (Bangalore). In July, we vacated her PG in Chennai and moved her luggage (suitcase, 2 bags, bucket full of loose items) to my cousin's house in Velacherry. In August, we decided to transport her luggage to Bangalore. Assuredshift sent me the contacts of 2 transporters, one of which was Leaders Packers and movers. They called me immediately on getting my contact number and gave me a quote and that it would take 3 to 4 days for delivery from the day if pickup. After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit apprehensive. But still decided to give them a try. They coordinated with my cousin fir the date and time of pickup. Due to some reason, they could not pickup the items on the scheduled day. Next day, morning 730a they picked up the items (they put all the loose items and the bags in 2 card board boxes and taped it). And by evening 8pm it was delivered to my house (2 days before schedule). There were absolutely no cribs from the driver and his helper (Shiva). They were wearing masks and put the boxes in my flat, smilingly. And the online payment helped. Great customer service (Ms. Indumathi) and the truck members (Mr. Siva and the driver). Keep up the service.

Experience after shifting from my 1 BHK (Chennai to another city) Time adherence = Came late by 6 hours only Packing boxes = Used boxes, 3rd quality rated. Only one new role brought for packing the Almirah and Computer table, which was good. Packing boys = Packing was very ordinary. The almost broke my Almirah glass and when I pointed that out, they gave sarcastic responses and asked me to be quite. Transportation: Just had a torn carpet on top. If their is rain or shower, your household items go for a wash! Unloading at destination - The helpers will arrive to unload after 8 hours. I decided to unload myself because I had an appointment next day and can't wait. Outcome = New bike scratches, Couple of boxes damaged Payment = Commited Rs 18,000 and ended up spending Rs. 19,300 (Snatched) after self unloading. Let me write a detailed review. I have ordered a individual pickup,to carry my house hold items from Chennai to Manjeri (Kerala). A staff called from leaders packers and fixed up quotation ,which include everything ( packing, loading,unloading). I reconfirmed it many times. The following things happened on the day of shipping. 1. They promised to come by 10.30 am,but they came by 2bpm. 2.Before starting packing itself, the persons send my Packers asked that there are too much of items,so I have to pay extra for a person whom they will call for loading. 3.Post loading, I was asked to pay driver beta. 4.Vehicle started from chennai at 8pm and told that It ll reach manjeri by 9 am next day morning. But the vehicle had reached 5pm evening on the next day. Driver got changed in mid of the route and the owner of the vehicle was providing updates about the vehicle pretending he is traveling in vehicle. 5. Vehicle reached my place without persons to unload and asked me to unload which gave me a real shock. Nobody took the responsibility. It ended up in exchange of words between the vehicle owner, owner of packers and us . Both the vehicle owner and packers owner spoke too harshly and they even threatened us. 6.But after a long day of fight , quarrels , atlast I unloaded the things safely around 10 pm. I didnt pay any penny extra. Actually leaders packers dont have their own vehicles. They irresponsibly just hired a truck which came to chennai with other loads and booked the return trip for my things which have ended up in trouble. It was like a nightmare.

I used Leader pakers and movers from Chennai to Tirupati. I asked them to come at 10:00 but they came by 11:30 and packing is very fastly without care. First they send Eicher large and they taken back and sent very old swaraj majda van driver is very rude and un-professional and took nearly 7Hrs to Tirupati reached @ 10:00PM and no one came for unloading. Looted my money. After my friends came and helped me to unload. Driver also charged again us 1500 said that Leader packers and movers were not paid in full. All 3 Parties 1. Leader Packers and Movers, 2. Driver and the 3. Third Party who agreed with Leader Packers to Unload played games. I don't trust assure shift also for referring me this type of unethical fellows. Change your name to NoAssure Shift.

This is the worst service ever. Nothing was done related to the reviews that is given. Worst customer service , non trained employees, irresponsible answer and the way they address was horrible. Kindly do not give any service to these guys. WORST EVER.

Leader of packer and mover from Chennai. They shifted my items from Chennai to bangalore for less prices and they have done a wonderful job.

I had lots of doubts while choosing Packers and movers from online. But when leader Packers and movers came to home and did a wonderful packing service as well as they delivered my items without having any problems to my new place.
