This Leoreliable movers and packers is the worst movers and packers anybody could ever imagine. They should change their name to Leo unreliable movers and packers. I took their service to move my goods from Pune to Noida. They gave me the worst service possible. They did not wrap my goods, did not handle them properly. I got my delivery more than a month late. He did the delivery at 4 am in the morning on Monday. My whole night was ruined. He didn't even send the guys to unload my goods from the vehicle to my house. I had to find a couple of guys and pay them from my pocket. My whole night was ruined. Many of my goods were damaged, my washing machine, study chairs, table and moreover, my chair was missing. Nothing was good with this so called movers and packers. And above all when I complained to that leoreliable guy, he tells me " SIR ITNE PAISON ME AISI HI SERVICE MILEGI AAPKO". Can you believe the level of unprofessionalism of this guy ? I made a big mistake by going for this movers and packers. After paying like 17k, I was mentally harassed to the next level. After everything, when I asked that guy for the refund claim of my insurance, he transferred me 1000 rs, which was the cost of my chair itself, what about my other damaged goods. He says forget about the claim, I won't give you more than that, you can do whatever you want. I felt like hitting him if he was there in front of me. Anyways I am going to take legal action against this Leoreliable company. Guys, be careful and never ever take services from this Leoreliable Movers and Packers. Save your money, save your goods from getting damaged permanently and all the mental harassment. Such a company should be blacklisted immediately. DON'T TAKE SERVICES FROM THIS MOVERS AND PACKERS EVER.
