Got damaged product. I booked maan packers and movers to shift my things from bangalore to pune, which included my bicycle among other things. I got my bicycle in damaged condition. Even though they charge for damaged product insurance but even after 1 month, I did not get any reimbursement. In the end , customer only feels cheated. It is not just about money but the problems you face due to damaged product as well as to get the claim from them. Not sure if I can give rating less than 1 so giving 1 here
