Orbit Relocation Packers and Movers

Hello, I will never ever suggest anyone to take the service. better you can do it yourselft if you dont get any other service provider. The employees never respond even you call them continuously the whole day. There is no track even for the employees. If by chance they pickup the phone or reply to you via whatsapp with they will provide you the fake information that it will reach today or tomorrow but they take more than double the time they told at the time of booking and in the mean time your Blood Pressure will be high because after that information there is no communication and no status. Always keep extra 4K to 5K extra at the time of delivery because they will say something at the time of booking and demand extra before delivery. The people are very rude, and they will make you feel that they are doing a favor to you by providing the service and you are not paying for the service. I will never ever go for this service if I will not get any other service, I will sell my goods but will not go for this Orbit relocation movers.

Due to the lockdown we were not present at our Mumbai house, have taken their service. Once he got our stuff he raised the quote stating that there are more stuff then expected. Even after paying him the total amount and taking and insurance coverage he didn’t provide with us with the receipt. The washing machine and tv are broken and 10 cartons were open. All the glass crockery broken inspite of giving them clear instructions to bubble wrap it. The contact person Rakesh is really rude and unprofessional. Would recommend no one to take their service ever. We have a loss of goods over 50k. And after all this we checked his GST number for some returns and found that it is not even registered.

No response, uncourteous staff, care a damn attitude, no coordination between management and team, only after money not customer satisfaction. A cycle is left without any knowledge of management n no information to us, still following up for last one month but no one is responding to calls as all dues are now clear hence least bothered. Unprofessional and greedy is what I can rate them on. I know I will not get my cycle after this review hence after 1 month follow up not expecting it to be in rideable condition too. Beware DO NOT USE orbit relocation packers and movers even for FREE.

I have recently relocated my home from Mumbai to Hyderabad (Bowenpally) using this Packers and Movers on 25th june they promised me to deliver my stuffs on 30th June, But on 28th they called me and said I'm getting my stuffs on 2nd July due to transportation issue, As they can't do anything with this, I waited and received my stuffs on 2nd July in a good condition, Thank you.
