South King Packers and Movers

A year ago I had used South king packers and movers has done a good job helping me to relocate my household goods. I used them to shift my goods from Pune to Nagpur. They were also flexible with payment terms. Did good packing and delivered well as expected.

Had to shift urgently due to Covid from Pune to Mumbai and found this agency through google. They offered better rates than other movers n packers. Packing was done very professionally. Goods were delivered safely on time. There was no hassle at all. Will certainly recommend

Fraud and worst mover and packer service in Pune and all the associated peoples are liar and owner too. I shifted from Pune to mycity. Initially they quoted us very less amount as the transportation charges (saying your luggage will be sent via sharing trucks, which was the first lie) which includes following services : 1. Very good packaging (no damaging products while transportation), 2. Packing, Unpacking, loading, unloading and In Reality: 1) They committed to come on time particular time in morning 08:00AM and after continuously calling they came at 02:00 PM 2) Quality of packing was pathetic after showing objection they said they will again pack at their place. 3) Continually I was asking for the bill, they were ignoring saying that “don’t worry we will send you once reach office” 4) They loaded all the stuff in local small truck and ran away, after one hour when I asked for the final bill they straight forward said “Your stuff is double so you have to pay double amount” 5) Double Amount + 18% GST + Insurance (additional amount was discussed previously) 6) When I said if you are charging so much amount please drop my stuff back to my home. So they said it will be chargeable which is almost same as they committed initially. 7) I felt my self in trap so I agreed the amount which they were asking, and spent 2 days to follow them to transport the sharing truck, 8) Once truck arrived they asked me to give full payment, I said please send me insurance copy which you charged. They declined to provide me insurance copy. 9) After full payment they unloaded my stuff and it was all damaged. Please do not ever try to hire this agency for transfer the goods, they all are fraud and lier. You will be in trap once they take your stuff from your home. Be aware.

Worst mover and packer service and owner is liar. I shifted from Pune to Delhi. Initially they quoted us very less amount as the transportation charges (saying your luggage will be sent via sharing trucks, which was the first lie) which includes following services : 1. very good packaging (no damaging products while transportation), 2. door to door delivery and 3. packing and unpacking. 4. Luggage truck tracking link None of these points were checked while the transportation and delivery. They ask for the payment which is double of the initially quoted amount in the name of taxes and GST. Secondly they don't provide any tracking link instead you have to follow up multiple times for the driver name. At the time of delivery they just dumped our luggage in front of society gate and ran away with the truck (door to door delivery was the biggest lie), and secondly our fridge and some stands got damaged while the transportation also some stuffs are missing too. And its owner is not picking our calls now. They also post fake reviews so be aware!. I don't recommend this company at all.
