Definitely not worth. Not sure who thought of giving them a 4.8 rating. ...I was supposed to shift 2 single cots and 2 mattresses from JP Nagar (3rd floor at the pick up location) to Koramangala (ground floor at the drop off)... When I booked it, I spoke this person, Rajesh, and made it pretty clear that the cots will not get into lift and would have to be manually moved (the only point I unknowingly mislead him was the flat was in 2nd floor....this is my friend's place and hence, I wasn't really sure about the floor)...After dropping off these guys started charging more and haggling over price stating that their boss did not tell that lift isn't there. When I tried calling their boss, he did not pick the call and never did respond. In the invoice they gave me, in addition to GST, there was additional service charge which completely defeats the purpose of having GST. After arguing for quite some time, I ended up paying the money. To top it all off, they had the nerves to ask for extra tips...worst experience...Don't ever book you packing and moving with these guys.
