Very happy with the overall service. Especially the layers of packing and level of detailing were exemplary! Not to mention the diligent the follow up by Mr Kumar who ensured that I get best of the experience and service so was quite satisfied my decision to go with Swati movers and packers. Just one suggestion to Swati PnM is to provide online payment facility to end customers in this tech savvy world as I found it challenging to do money transfer to their specific account.

I move from Bangalore to Pune and I was not sure about my residential address. By the time I was searching my new residential address, the home material was in Swathi Relocations' warehouse and it get deliver on date when I asked for. I move in peek of rainy season and I must say packing was so nice that I got all the my material as It is. The packing was 100% plastic covered and tight that rain didn't made any effect on it. Before picking the service I check the prices from couple of other vendors also but as compare to quality they are the best service provider.

Had a very bad time with this relocation . Billing and Insurance is a big scam . Please do verify the cost with GST . Unloading was not done by them and had to do it our self . Marketing guy Ashok was really unprofessional. Was delivered late as well , Everything wrong with this company . Ignore them at all cost.
