I contacted them to shift my house hold items from Gurgaon to Kerala. A person named, Munekeesh, came for survey. He took the survey and told that they will send you the quotation via email and they committed they will deliver in Kerala within 15 days . Initially they look very professional and they communicate everything via email and all. But things will drastically change once we make the payment. They don't even have a good team for packing. Three workers who came to pack they are not trained for it and they don't have enough materials to pack it. After all the hurdles and quarrelling, they some how packed and shifted my items to their godown in Gurgaon. After one week i phoned Munekeesh to understand the status of the item, he told that it is in transit but even after 15 days he is saying the same. So i phoned an another number which i got from their website to check the status. This time someone named "Rishi" who claims to be the owner of the company, has picked the phone and told me that my items are not shipped yet, it is still in Gurgaon godown.Then i phoned Munekeesh, he said that he has left this company and he is no longer responsible for my shipment. It took almost 2 months to deliver my items in Kerala that too after like thousands of phone calls. They have damaged my bed, chair and table. They are now not in usable condition. My humble request to everyone, don't trust these goons. Don't avail their service. I have gone through a very bad experience. I don't want anybody else to be cheated like this. If attachment option is there i will attach the photos of the items which are damaged.
