The experience was good and it was totally hustle free. Also the people moving my goods were very polite and well behaved. The charges for the shift compared to other vendors were also very reasonable. My overall experience was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I had overall a very good experience as I was using packers and movers service for the first time. The person I contacted Rajkumar ji is a very decent and a good man. We have shifted our household goods within Bahadurgarh. This is my 5th shift but 1st time with UTS CARGO PACKERS AND MOVERS. They have done an extremely good job. My experience of previous home shifting was not good. This is the first time I choose UTS Cargo and I'm happy with the efforts they are doing and make shifting easy. I'm satisfied with UTS Cargo. They are genuine, trusted, and much better than other reputed brands in this segment.

1. The response was super prompt. 2. The fare to shift my single luggage from. Noida to saket was very reasonable and better than other service providers. 3. The driver and helpers were very efficient and responsive. 4. The driver and staff were also very well mannered and well behaved and polite. 5. They arrived dot on time that was fixed for pick up. Horrible packaging and Careless attitude towards packing. First of all, these guys came late, then they brought less cartons and refused to pack. Finally when they packed it was horrendous as I was alone and couldn’t be present in all rooms at the same time. A lot of my stuff reached bangalore all broken. Mr. Rajkumar told me to do insurance process as it’s not his problem. Completely insensitive anf unprofessional.

The staff was very helpful and cooperative. Thanks to the staff they really helped us in timely delivery of the articles and were very polite. I will highly recommend their services.
