Hi...i have transported my luggage from bangalore to hyderabad by supreme packers and movers recommended through assure shift. The packing and unpacking was good. However, i booked read more... for single vehicle(entire vehicle for my transport only thinking that my luggage willcome safely) but they brought my luggag jue in sharing. They said, same vehicle which loaded the luggage will be used till destination, but different vehicle (double than the vehicle which loaded my luggage in bangalore)reached destination. They told some untrustable reasons and they took one extra day for delivering my luggage. Also, my sofa set was rotated vertically and my luggage was kept in corner with a rope used to partition it. My luggage occupied only around 25% and remaining space was fully empty. This clearly says that my luggage came to hyderabad in sharing. Friday night(3 rd Nov)the truck started from hyderabad and they are saying it reached hyderabad only on 4th night which is totally ridiculous. I have took photos and vedios of entire vehicle showing evidence of my points explained above. So my suggestion is to not go with single vehicle. Anyway they will put other luggage in the vehicle.

These Supreme packers are big thieves and stole my 15k worth shaving kit and lot of cloths and they even took my alcohol bottles during shifting, not at all trust worthy. While boo read more...king service they talk very sweetly and after shifting if you call for any issues they don’t respond. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE RATING THEM -1 or below that WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

We were dependent on the close of our home on Wednesday before our things could be delivered and they were adaptable as needed. The guys who loaded the truck were different than the guys who unloaded and both crews were fantastic. They were cautious and easy to work with. We had a couple of very heavy furniture pieces (one that they actually had to hoist into our new home) and I was very pleased with the care that they took with the furniture. I booked a house hold items shifting after enquiring with other Packers and movers. The marketing guy played a card with Kannadiga tag and fallen the trap. Agreement was for pick u read more...p and drop for particular time. The packing guys are professionals but they spoiled existing boxes! The packing guys confirmed the same personal and vehicle would come to unload too. But that never ever happened. Almost 8 hours delay in delivering and no proper answers for the delay too. The marketing guy didn't even pick my call!. Strange and expecting more professional service. But pathetic and rude behaviour, asking me to think several times why I went with them.

The movers came in very early, shifted my thing to the truck without packing. Once the goods we're loaded - they started asking for money. Later at my destination - they dumped my read more...stuff without fitting and even broke a few furniture. Please be aware of using their services.
